This is situated in the reception area of the church and there are usually plenty of blank slips available for you to complete and post into the box. Information written on the slips is kept confidential within the prayer team. Members of the prayer team do not approach you at any time to ask you about the situation we may have read about on your slips and therefore please don’t feel we are uncaring if we don’t ask you how things are. 

Once your slip is received we will lift it in prayer for one month. After this time we ask you to please complete another slip should the situation require continued prayer or we need to be updated.
